We believe her explain and tell customer this reason, customer answer to test it by this way, finally tell us it is okay.

1. If we do not tell them to return our money, they never pay attention to our problem.
2. If they can pay attention to customer’s problem, any party will be very glad, and glad to do business well.
3. Their simple angry pressure us to leave them far away.
4. Businessman never can’t be angry to customer, problem is trouble also be chance, only see you how to face it. If customer is satisfied your solution, they will be honest forever.
